Where do you ship from and what shipping methods do you use?

All of our packages are shipped from our warehouses in the United Kingdom and Switzerland, depending on the product(s) ordered and your location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping is free to many countries. However, we cannot deliver to certain countries. If you reside in one of those locations, we will notify you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to possible local customs fees.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received it within 5 business days, please contact us.

I can’t track my order / No tracking info available

Some delivery companies take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update. If it has been longer, please reach out to us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, multiple items may be sent separately. You will still receive all products within the estimated delivery time at no extra shipping cost.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong size, color, or a defective product, let us know and we will refund you. No return required.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you don’t receive the exact product you ordered, we will send you a new one.
